We all got sick over the break, so much of our time was spent on the couch.

Luckily there were new toys to play with when we had bursts of energy.

Finally feeling better!

Thanksgiving Break

We had a wonderfully relaxing week off from school!
Early in the week, the boys and I traveled to Dripping Springs with Douglas.

Reimers Ranch

We started with a short hike, where we got super close to two Turkey Vultures. 

The trail led to the river, which of course led to a mud bath!

After a quick change of clothes, we explored Rock Climbers Canyon. 

It was so beautiful! We can't wait to go back!

Bee Cave Sculpture Park

Max and I slowly strolled through the park, stopping at every sculpture and discussing our favorites; while the brothers mostly played chess.

Bee Cave Central Park

A fun picnic and playtime - I absolutely love that the "little things" still excite and entertain our boys!
