Trip to the Library

Max and I visited the library this week and checked out his first books: Goodnight Moon and The Mixed-up Chameleon.

We also had lunch with Grandma at her school where he got lots of ooohs and ahhhs from the teachers.

Big enough for Uncle Rodney

Uncle Rodney held Max for the 1st time this weekend. Rodney was at the hospital the day that Max was born, but said he was too little for him to hold. It's taken a little while, but he has finally met the weight requirement! Yea!

SAHM

I am officially a Stay at Home Mom (SAHM) now. Summer vacation for teachers is over, and inservice has begun. Staying home with Max was what I wanted to do since before he was born, but wondered if I would miss not beginning a new school year when August rolled around. Well... it's here, and I must admit that I'm not even a little bit sad. I LOVE being with my baby! Thanks Douglas! :)

3 months old

Goodness gracious! I can't believe it's already August, and Max is 3 months old! I didn't do a very good job of posting photos of him last month - so here are some of my favorites from July. I'll be sure to do a better job in August! :)
