Petting Zoo

We made it to the petting zoo a couple times this Spring. 

Calvin and Max are BIG fans! Miles, not so much!

The one and only time Miles pet a goat (with a little encouragement from Calvin).

Lets Pretend...

Thanks to Max, his brothers are quickly learning about the joys of dress up and imaginary play!
Around our house, it's not uncommon to see... 

The Hulk,

 a narwal whale,

 Cowboy Small and his horse Cactus,

 a scuba diver,

 a sloth,

 monkeys,

 a super hero,

 super Santa and his sleigh,

 a worker man (taking a picture with his phone),

 and lots of sunglasses - because they make everything more fun!

 New characters arrive daily, keeping it plenty exciting in the Payne house!

Zoo Train

 The zoo just opened a trackless train, and we decided to try it out...

 Miles absolutely loved it! 

He hung out the window waving at everyone the entire ride.

 Max was excited, but also a little nervous.

 (Waving with his meerkat tail - he wore his meerkat hat and tail all day!)

 Calvin was super scared and clung to me the whole time.

(He's not a fan of the carousel either)

 We had a fabulous time!
